肉汁 - Gravy
Today's Chinese word of the day is 肉汁 which means gravy.
In Mandarin 肉汁 is pronounced Ròuzhī.
肉 Ròu means meat, and 汁 zhī means juice. So gravy is meat juice.
請通過肉汁 Qǐng tōngguò ròuzhī - Please pass the gravy.
