不客氣 - You're welcome
Today's Chinese word of the day is 不客氣 which means you're welcome.
In Mandarin 不客氣 is pronounced Bù kèqì.
So after you do something nice for your Chinese neighbor and they say 谢谢 Xièxiè, you should answer 不客氣 Bù kèqì
