我有很多東西 Wǒ yǒu hěnduō dōngxī - I have a lot of stuff.
The first character 很 hěn means very. The second character 多 duō means many.
很 hěn can be used with 好 hǎo to mean very good 很好 Hěn hǎo.
我很好 Wǒ hěn hǎo - I'm very good.
