藉口 - Excuse
Yesterday's Chinese word of the day is 藉口 which means excuse.
In Mandarin 藉口 is pronounced Jièkǒu.
這只是一個藉口 Zhè zhǐshì yīgè jièkǒu - That's only an excuse.
